Total coffee weirdness across the social media sites.

People get excited about their coffee makers, mad at their coffee makers, and downright distressed when their coffee makers stop working.

You can read all about it on Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites.

And then there are the people who say just the weirdest things about coffee and coffee makers.

I have listed some of their entries below, and will add more as I come across them.

# tripped up the stairs and fell on my face at the top because i thought an old coffee maker in my basement was an alien/robot/monster thing. i need to stop watching so much syfy.

# whomever is putting soap in my coffee maker is asking for trouble!

# Tried to make a mocha by putting cocoa powder in the coffee maker. On an unrelated note, coffee makers are hard to clean.

It’s enough to think that coffee is making them weird in the head. But the truth is, coffee is really good for you, in many different ways.
